Role Overview

We're seeking a strong accounting and finance leader to oversee day-to-day financial operations, lead a team of accounting professionals, and ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Lead and develop a team of 4-6 direct reports
• Oversee Accounting, Revenue Audit, Accounts Payable, and Payroll
• Own month, quarter, and year-end close and review financial statements
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance; coordinate audits
• Manage cash flow reporting and banking activity
• Partner on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and provide financial insights
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

• CPA strongly preferred
• Experience managing teams and strong technical accounting/reporting skills
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience
• Comfortable in complex, high-volume transaction environments
