Senior FP&A Analyst

Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational decision-making initiatives. This hybrid role will partner closely with finance leadership and business stakeholders to provide data‑driven insights that improve performance and support long‑term organizational growth.

This opportunity is based in Cleveland, Ohio with a hybrid work schedule.

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and executive summaries
• Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools
• Analyze operational and financial KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
• Partner with cross‑functional business leaders on budgeting and strategic planning
• Assist with profitability analysis, cost management, and revenue forecasting
• Prepare presentations and reporting materials for leadership teams
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and efficiencies
• Support ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required
• Experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
