Bank of America seeks a client‑facing associate to engage customers in the lobby, educate them on self‑service banking options, and handle cash transactions efficiently.

• Engage clients in the lobby to provide information and assistance with transactions via mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
• Accurately process cash transactions for clients as needed.
• Conduct in‑depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships to meet financial needs.
• Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to deliver a high‑quality client experience.
• Operate within the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence.
• Collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments to broaden business knowledge and network.
• Manage cash responsibilities and ensure accurate cash handling.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
• Over one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• At least six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, business administration, finance).

Hourly pay range: $25.00 - $27.88 per hour, determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
