Job Description- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing, collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.
- Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities, positioning PNC products to the needs, and educating customers on technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment within established limits, and participate in daily branch operations ensuring efficient and accurate completion.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to create customized solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Work ExperienceRoles at this level typically require an associate’s degree (or equivalent) and related experience or product knowledge. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
