Cash Manager

An organization in Cleveland is in need of a meticulous and driven Finance professional to join a team that values collaboration and creativity. • Research, categorize, and input supplier bills into the financial system
• Address supplier inquiries related to payments
• Inputting Payables
• Address and resolve internal and external billing discrepancies
• Process payments to suppliers and staff
• Record financial corrections in the financial system
• Monitor and handle expenses
• Prepare and send out client bills
• Track and oversee cash receipts, deposits, and bank balances
• Reconcile corporate credit card accounts
• Prepare and process 1099 forms
• Answer phone calls and offer administrative assistance as needed
• Assist the Cash Manager with various financial and accounting responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience
• Background in finance, invoicing, or accounts receivable
• Keen eye for detail and precision
• Experience using Net Suite is advantageous and strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks
• Self-driven with excellent organizational abilities
• Strong computer skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
