Position: Banking Advisor I (MLO)

As a Banking Advisor within PNC's Private Banking organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH.

Job Description
  • Work under the direction of Senior Banking Advisors to observe client meetings, bank positioning, and client outreach activities.
  • Assist Senior Banking Advisors in introducing AMG banking products and services to internal and external clients.
  • Aid in prospect discovery, client pre‑call planning, meeting preparation, post‑call tracking, and follow‑up.
  • Observe and assist in the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non‑credit banking products and services.
  • Assist in servicing book of business to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion of sales revenue.
  • Responsible for proactive outreach to clients based on guidance from Senior Banking Advisor.
  • Demonstrate emerging ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
  • Ensure compliance with current banking policies and regulations.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and by individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
