Part-Time Accounting & Finance Coordinator – Nonprofit (East Side, Cleveland)
Position Overview

The Accounting & Finance Coordinator is responsible for accurately recording and organizing daily financial transactions, including donations, membership dues, program income, and expenses. This role also includes managing payroll and generating financial reports. The position requires a high level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Record and categorize financial transactions
• Track donations, membership dues, and program income
• Monitor and manage restricted funds in accordance with nonprofit guidelines
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
• Generate regular financial reports for leadership review
• Support financial tracking for events and community programs
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations and reporting standards

• Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Excel
• Experience with payroll processing required
• Experience with nonprofit financial systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

• Compensation starting at 26 and based upon experience
