The Industrials Team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our team in our Chicago or Cleveland office. BGL’s growing Industrials Team focuses on several key areas:
Building Products, Aerospace and Defense, Industrial Technology, Metals and Mining, Packaging, etc.
- Serves as the primary processor of transactions and proposals
- Supports senior bankers in transaction execution and client management
- Performs financial analysis
- Conducts industry research and business due diligence
- Assists senior bankers with new business development
- Participates in marketing efforts
- Develops offering presentation materials
- 6-12 months of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking
- Bachelor’s Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting)
- Sell side M&A experience preferred
