Capital Markets Middle Office Analyst Sr(F

Position Overview: As a Capital Markets Middle Office Analyst Sr(F) within PNC's Capital Markets organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Cleveland, OH. The role requires working in an office environment with a supportive culture that values teamwork, inclusion, and professional growth.

Serve as the primary liaison for all internal partners regarding Middle Office responsibilities. Independently process complex customer account‑related requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory policies. Interpret applicable regulations and apply them to associated policies and team duties. Lead ad‑hoc initiatives to improve processes, identify areas for enhancement, and recommend action plans.

• Point person for all internal Middle Office matters.
• Process complex customer account requests with precision.
• Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to procedures and team functions.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and recommend subsequent action plans.
• Maintain customer focus, ensuring customized solutions align with client needs.
• Assess and manage risks to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

• University degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service).
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, customer support, decision making, effective communication, internal resource coordination, legal analysis, and managing multiple priorities.
• Certification: SIE and FINRA Series 99 or 7 are required.

Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual qualifications. The role is incentive eligible based on performance.
