Job Description & How to Apply Below

The Vice President of Finance serves as a core member of the executive leadership team and the company’s forward-looking financial strategist for its United States business. Reporting directly to the President, this leader is responsible for anticipating the financial implications of enterprise decisions before they are made — bringing a strong, independent voice to the leadership table, looking around corners to identify emerging risks and opportunities, and influencing peer executives with rigorous, objective financial insight.

The VP of Finance directs financial strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), enterprise capital allocation (including real estate and facility investments), and financial advisory support for mergers & acquisitions, while overseeing financial operations, risk management, tax compliance, and financial reporting. This executive pairs that strategic partnership with uncompromising stewardship — ensuring strict governance, financial integrity, and compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Strategic Leadership & Enterprise Decision Support
  • Serve as a strong, influential voice at the executive leadership table — shaping enterprise strategy, challenging assumptions, and ensuring the financial implications of major decisions are understood before commitments are made.
  • Anticipate and quantify the financial impact of operational, commercial, and strategic initiatives across the business, proactively identifying risks and opportunities on the horizon and advising peer leaders accordingly.
  • Influence and partner with peer executives across sales, operations, and supply chain, translating financial analysis into clear, actionable business recommendations that drive enterprise value.
  • Own the enterprise capital allocation framework, including capital expenditure governance, investment return (ROI) hurdles, prioritization of competing capital demands, and post-investment performance reviews.
  • Lead financial strategy for corporate real estate, including lease-versus-buy analysis, facility and footprint optimization, and evaluation of site investments.
  • Act as a financial advisor on M&A transactions — partnering with the VP of M&A and the President to evaluate opportunities, assess financial implications, and support diligence and deal analysis.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-range strategic financial planning processes across all business units.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and financial evaluations for expansion, joint ventures, and other strategic growth initiatives — stress‑testing key assumptions to inform executive decision‑making.
  • Evaluate revenue streams, margin drivers, and operational unit economics to optimize profitability.
Operational Control, Accounting & Statutory Reporting
  • Direct accounting, consolidation, and reporting processes to ensure strict adherence to U.S. GAAP standards.
  • Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, and banking relationships.

  • Lead the preparation for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with General Counsel and Ethics/Compliance teams regarding applicable laws.
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of controllers, analysts, and FP&A managers.
  • Serve as a primary financial advisor to the President, executive leadership, and the Board of Directors — presenting financial performance, forward‑looking outlooks, and early warnings on emerging risks and opportunities.
  • All other duties as assigned
