A leading middle-market private equity firm is seeking a Private Equity Associate to join its investment team in Cleveland, OH
. The firm partners with founder- and family-owned businesses, offering Associates hands-on exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to execution and portfolio management.
- Evaluate and execute private equity investments.
- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis.
- Conduct due diligence and industry research.
- Prepare investment committee materials.
- Support transaction execution and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with management teams and external advisors.
- 2-4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience with M&A and LBO transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
