Summer Analyst, Real Estate Private Equity Advisory

Step Stone Group is looking for Summer Analysts to join their Real Estate team. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for undergraduate students graduating in 2027 or 2028 to dive into the world of real estate private equity. Interns will work closely with the investment team, gaining valuable experience in analyzing funds and market trends while contributing to real investment decisions.

• Work with the investment team to prepare recommendations for clients
• Analyze fund manager materials to find key value drivers
• Conduct market research on property types and trends
• Review financial analyses from fund managers
• Participate in meetings with potential partners
• Support asset and portfolio management tasks

• Must be an undergraduate student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
• GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Team-oriented and proactive mindset
