Key Corp seeks a Financial Analyst to join the FHA Healthcare Underwriting Team at 127 Public Square, Cleveland, Ohio. The analyst will perform high-level qualitative and quantitative analysis of FHA Healthcare transactions and support LEAN underwriters, closers, and originators throughout the underwriting process.
You will prepare financial models, narratives, and organizational charts, and ensure timely completion of pre- and firm-application packages for HUD/FHA review.
