Citymark is entering a significant growth phase focused on expanding its platform, scaling institutional processes, and continuing to grow its bespoke debt and flagship closed‑end fund strategies. As the organization evolves, this role will work cross-functionally with Asset Management, Investments, Fund Operations, and Investor Relations to support accurate analysis, clear reporting, investment decision-making, and timely internal and LP-facing deliverables.
THE ROLE:Citymark Capital is seeking an Analyst with a minimum of two years of experience in finance, economics, commercial real estate, private equity, investment banking, asset management, or a closely related role. The Analyst will support a broad range of activities across investments, asset management, fund operations, and investor reporting, including financial analysis, investment underwriting, portfolio monitoring, fund performance reporting, and strategic initiatives.
The position offers broad exposure to Citymark's investment platform and an opportunity to work closely with senior members of the organization on investment, portfolio, and fund-level decision making.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in commercial real estate, private equity, investment banking, asset management, or fund reporting. The candidate should be detail oriented, self-motivated, technologically fluent, and able to communicate analysis clearly. The Analyst will adhere to high ethical standards and represent Citymark with dependable professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of investment underwriting, valuation, financial modeling, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Support the monitoring and analysis of investment, portfolio, and fund performance across Citymark's investment strategies.
- Review and analyze financial, operational, and market data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key drivers of investment performance.
- Support the preparation of internal and external reporting materials, including investor reports, investment memoranda, presentations, and other decision-support materials.
- Prepare pitch decks and due diligence questionnaires and manage RFP’s, investor information and other diligence materials.
- Collaborate with team members across investments, asset management, fund operations, and investor relations to ensure accurate and timely information sharing and reporting.
- Assist with due diligence, market research, portfolio analysis, and strategic initiatives related to existing and prospective investments.
- Support fund operations activities including performance tracking, audit and tax support, cash flow analysis, and maintenance of fund records and models.
- Participate in special projects and other analytical assignments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or closely related field
- Advanced Excel modeling experience is expected
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills combined with ability to clearly articulate findings
- Exposure to commercial real estate, private equity or investment banking in a previous role is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Detail oriented, balanced with the ability to understand overarching strategic priorities
- Client service or investor relations mindset
