We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Mortgage Loan Closer to join our team.

• Prepare and review closing documents in accordance with loan approval terms, investor guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate loan closings with title companies, attorneys, borrowers, lenders, and internal departments.
• Verify loan data, including loan amount, interest rate, and fees, to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all closing conditions are met prior to disbursement.
• Issue and manage Closing Disclosures (CDs) and final settlement statements.
• Perform funding authorization and coordinate disbursement of funds.
• Communicate regularly with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely closings.
• Maintain complete and accurate loan files in accordance with company and investor requirements.
• Keep current on federal, state, and investor regulations related to loan closings.
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external partners.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of mortgage closing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential loan closing documents and procedures (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA).
• Familiarity with TRID and other applicable compliance regulations.
• Experience with mortgage loan origination systems Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
