As an Operations Supervisor (GOV) within PNC's AR Advantage Operations organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH and work a Sunday‑Thursday schedule, 5:30PM‑1:30AM. PNC is an in‑office company that encourages a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve work‑life balance. This role does not support sponsorship for employment visas.
Job Description- Oversee operations workflow and own the execution of transactions/processes.
- Manage direct reports on the operations team.
- Be responsible for achieving desired business results and assist team members with escalated issues.
- Process and reconcile transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Partner internally to resolve escalations and provide guidance.
- Interact with external customers and third parties to complete transactions or resolve escalated issues.
- Provide coaching and development to team members.
- Lead team meetings and continuous improvement sessions.
- Provide consultation and advice to service partners and customers.
- Lead improvement initiatives, including reviewing existing processes, making recommendations, and supporting implementation.
- Update standard operating procedures as appropriate.
- Participate in and may oversee projects.
- Review transactions and/or reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality, and ensure compliance.
- Manage and be accountable for risk mitigation activities and verify completeness and accuracy of procedures.

Work Experience:

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00; may vary by location, market data, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
