I’m partnered with a growing middle-market investment bank in Cleveland (50 deals closed last year) that is actively building out its Healthcare M&A practice in 2026.

They’re looking for a VP who wants to run deals, not sit behind them, with a clear path to Director.

What you’ll actually do

• Lead sell-side healthcare M&A transactions end-to-end

• Act as the day-to-day client lead on live deals

• Mentor Associates and Analysts

• Work directly with the MD on healthcare growth strategy

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years of Investment Banking experience

• Experience leading processes + managing junior bankers

• Strong execution + client communication skills
