European Financial Controller: Budgeting & Forecasting

An experienced Finacial Controller based in Munich is needed to focus on leading controlling and pre-accounting activities across Europe (Germany, UK, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Italy, and Greece), coordinating with tax advisors and banks, and delivering timely, accurate financial reporting to management.

Supporting and coordinating with tax advisors and banks

Providing timely and accurate financial reporting to the management

Develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Euro Force Group

Monitor, analyze and interpret financial performance data, identifying revenue and cost drivers, pricing structures, and profitability margins to optimize business operations and implement corrective actions

Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement frameworks to track business performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth and profitability

Utilize financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data analysis tools to evaluate the financial impact of potential business initiatives, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives

Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management, highlighting key financial indicators, trends, and insights to support strategic decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring financial objectives are aligned with company goals

Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted

Monitor fixed asset in the Euro Force Group

Coordinating with local tax advisors and banks across Europe

Performing pre-accounting measures to support local tax advisors

Strong command of German and English

Substantial previous experience in controlling and accounting in a similar role

Works autonomously and demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Ability to analyze, report on areas of responsibility and results oriented

Attention to detail and high standards

Team player and able to build good professional working relationships with peers and management in a multilingual and multicultural environment
