Responsibilities
- Execute the terms of plans or documents where PNC serves as trustee, guardian, or agent
- Administer the most complex fiduciary accounts and sensitive, high-profile relationships
- Ensure compliance with legal and fiduciary regulations, policies, and procedures
- Apply an in-depth understanding of how trusts operate individually and together for clients and family relationships
- Deliver the full fiduciary platform to grow fiduciary business and provide a high level of client experience
- Administer assigned accounts according to governing documents, state law, policy, and procedure
- Manage risk and resolve legal and compliance issues for assigned accounts
- Communicate with clients, solve problems, and elevate anticipated or known client concerns
- Maintain and grow assets under management by working with clients, beneficiaries, and gatekeepers
- Meet with clients on and off bank premises as needed
- Customize customer communications and presentations to provide fiduciary advice
- Introduce planning concepts to meet client needs
- Lead colleagues in analysis and recommendations for senior management or committee review
- Serve as a subject matter resource for the fiduciary team and market leadership
- Serve as a point of escalation for problem resolution and proxy for fiduciary leadership
- University/college degree typically required
- Bachelor's degree
- Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Specific certifications are often required for roles at this level, though no required certifications are listed for this position

- Knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities and financial-services regulatory environment
- Skills in decision making, finance strategy, investment management, legal practices, real estate settlements, revenue recognition, and risk assessments

- Must comply with Section 19 of the FDIA and, for any registered role, applicable SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements
