Senior Fiduciary Advisor

Responsibilities

• Execute the terms of plans or documents where PNC serves as trustee, guardian, or agent
• Administer the most complex fiduciary accounts and sensitive, high-profile relationships
• Ensure compliance with legal and fiduciary regulations, policies, and procedures
• Apply an in-depth understanding of how trusts operate individually and together for clients and family relationships
• Deliver the full fiduciary platform to grow fiduciary business and provide a high level of client experience
• Administer assigned accounts according to governing documents, state law, policy, and procedure
• Manage risk and resolve legal and compliance issues for assigned accounts
• Communicate with clients, solve problems, and elevate anticipated or known client concerns
• Maintain and grow assets under management by working with clients, beneficiaries, and gatekeepers
• Meet with clients on and off bank premises as needed
• Customize customer communications and presentations to provide fiduciary advice
• Introduce planning concepts to meet client needs
• Lead colleagues in analysis and recommendations for senior management or committee review
• Serve as a subject matter resource for the fiduciary team and market leadership
• Serve as a point of escalation for problem resolution and proxy for fiduciary leadership

• University/college degree typically required
• Bachelor's degree
• Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
• Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Specific certifications are often required for roles at this level, though no required certifications are listed for this position
• No required licenses
• Knowledge of fiduciary responsibilities and financial-services regulatory environment
• Skills in decision making, finance strategy, investment management, legal practices, real estate settlements, revenue recognition, and risk assessments
• Account management, accuracy and attention to detail, effective communications, problem solving, and value selling
• Must comply with Section 19 of the FDIA and, for any registered role, applicable SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements

Demonstrates expertise in fiduciary account administration, compliance with legal and fiduciary regulations, and effective client communication. Proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver tailored fiduciary advice to enhance client experience and grow assets under management.
