The Urology Department at Cleveland Clinic Martin has an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team and deliver exceptional, patient centered urologic care.

• Practice across clinic, hospital, and perioperative settings to support comprehensive urologic care.
• Perform First Assist in the operating room (surgical first assist).
• Manage postoperative care
  , including rounding, orders, and discharge planning.
• Complete admissions, histories & physicals, discharges, consults
  , and triage
  .
• Partner closely with urologists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care.

• Prior experience in Urology
  , Surgery
  , Hospital Medicine
  , or other acute care settings strongly preferred.
• Demonstrates strong procedural skills, clinical judgment, and communication in fastmoving environments.
• Committed to teamwork, professionalism, and a patientfirst mindset.

• Full-time schedule aligned to service needs across clinic, hospital, and OR
  .
• Oncall responsibilities are required as part of team coverage.
