The Pharmacy Manager role includes:

  • Assist in developing and communicating goals for the pharmacy and individual team members that support the organization’s mission and performance goals; ensure the facility is meeting outlined goals and objectives;
  • Manage the pharmacy budget; oversee profit and loss statements; monitor revenues and expenses; analyze and report variances from plan; provide weekly and monthly financial reports; approve accounts payables and assist with accounts receivable collections;
  • Oversee team member safety, radiation safety, and quality programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and standards; conduct safety audits; oversee training; may serve as Radiation Safety Officer or delegate this responsibility;
