Licensed Practical Nurse

Degree:
Certificate of Completion

Must be IV certified.

Responsibilities:

• Expedite patient referrals to specialty offices, answer patient and specialty office calls, and complete referral requests.
• Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals.
• Ensure referrals are addressed timely.
• Remind patients of their appointments.
• Work independently and unsupervised while maintaining a superior work ethic.
• Be well-organized and detail-oriented.
• General computer skills required:
  Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Licensed Practical Nurse with a Certificate of Completion.

Must be IV certified.

Experience:

healthcare 1 year (preferred); nursing 1 year (preferred).

Licenses/Certifications:

LVN (preferred); LPN (preferred).

On-site. In-person.

Full-time.

From $19.00 per hour (based on qualifications).
