  We are a growing ABA therapy provider supporting children with autism and their families throughout the Cleveland area. We collaborate closely with medical, psychological, and early childhood professionals to ensure ethical, timely access to high-quality ABA services.

We are seeking a healthcare-experienced Outreach & Referral Coordinator to build and strengthen referral relationships with pediatric practices, psychologists, developmental specialists, and early childhood programs.

This role is ideal for RBTs ready to expand their impact beyond direct therapy. It offers the opportunity to apply ABA knowledge in outreach, education, and relationship building across the community.

• Conduct in‑person outreach to pediatricians, psychologists, developmental specialists, and daycares
• Educate providers on our ABA services, intake process, and referral pathways
• Build long‑term, trust‑based referral relationships
• Serve as a point of contact for referring providers
• Ensure outreach and referrals align with ethical and regulatory standards
• Track referral sources and outreach activity

• Background in healthcare (medical offices, behavioral health, therapy clinics, care coordination, or related field)
• RBT experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of healthcare referrals and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication and professional presentation skills
• Organized, dependable, and self‑directed
• Reliable transportation required
• Knowledge of autism and ABA services preferred
