Day/Night rotation, 7:00 AM 7:30 PM/ 7:00 PM 7:30 AM

Length:
The initial duration is 13 weeks, with the possibility of an extension based on facility needs and performance.
Schedule: 2 weeks of nights shifts followed by 2 weeks of day shifts only if needed to support hospital operations. Can try to request blocked scheduling.
Orientation: 03/13/2026
Note:
The facility makes every effort to accommodate traveller's preferred shifts and will only implement rotation when operationally necessary.

Job Description:

Manage intravenous lines and advanced medical equipment.

Provide care and support to patients transitioning from ICUs.

Provide nursing care to patients recovering from cardiovascular surgeries and events.

Conduct thorough assessments, monitor vital signs, and appropriately respond to any changes in a patient's condition.

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary cardiac care team to develop and implement treatment plans.

Educate patients and families about their condition, recovery process, and at-home health management.

Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication regarding patient care.

Note: ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate assessment will be completed during orientation, with a required passing score of 80%, and a second attempt will be provided if the first attempt is unsuccessful. Failing in both attempts will lead to contract termination immidiately.
