About the Position

Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

Description:

Hillcrest Hospital ICU RN.Day shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm.

Minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience.

Must have active Ohio license or an active compact state license in hand.

AHA BLS & ACLS required. ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Standard Qualivis Cover Sheet completed and filled in; please submit candidate's interview availability within cover sheet in the notes section. All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission Travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel.

Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward.
* ONE reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected. For RNFA/CSFA positions only , ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and be considered- failure to include will result in rejected profile.

Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. Locals accepted at same   PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case Facility does not accept any license hits.

EFFECTIVE 9/30/22 :
Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.

IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract.
