Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize clinical development programs in Eye Health Oversee governance and execution of clinical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Manage clinical program budgets, monitoring financial performance and adherence to targets
Required Qualifications MD or PhD degree preferred; minimum of a degree in life sciences with over 15 years of experience in clinical development operations Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills Deep knowledge of clinical development processes, with Eye Health experience being a plus Financial acumen for managing clinical program budgets
Experience with digital and data-driven approaches in clinical operations
