Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

We are working with a proven, established company within the Equipment rental industry. With over 25 years in business with a proven success record, they are continuing to grow and add additional members to their team. With multiple locations, the role will be able to sit out of any of 1-3 locations!

This position will lead and manage company safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe, healthy work environment across all operations. There will be travel about 25% of the time to the 2 other locations.

• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance (federal, state, local)
• Manage OSHA recordkeeping and reporting
  
  Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations
• Deliver and coordinate employee safety training
• Implement corrective actions to reduce workplace risks
• Maintain accident, incident, and near-miss documentation
• Exercise stop-work authority when safety risks arise

• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and training facilitation skills
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence safe behaviors
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
