Travel Nursing Opportunity – Operating Room (OR) RN – Evening (Generalist)

Join a high-performing surgical team at a Level 1 trauma center in Cleveland, OH! This OR RN assignment is ideal for nurses who are versatile, confident, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment.

Position Details:

• Start Date: 4/6/2026
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Schedule: 4x10 Days (Evening)
• Contract Length: 12.86 Weeks
• Floating & Call: Required
• Specialty: OR Generalist (Neuro, Ortho, Vascular, Thoracic – must cover at least 3 of 4 services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments for procedures
• Verify patient identity and surgical site to ensure safety
• Maintain sterile technique and environment
• Assist surgeons as a scrub nurse or circulating nurse, managing workflow and documentation
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
• Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and optimal surgical outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of one (1) year of recent OR experience
• Ability to perform scrubbing a plus, but not required

Unit Highlights:

• Academic Level 1 Trauma Service, handling all surgical services except burns
• High-volume OR with exposure to complex surgical cases in Neuro, Ortho, Vascular, and Thoracic specialties
