- Minimum 18 months permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments
- Willingness to work every other holiday
- Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate during orientation with acceptable scores
Description:
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit.
The position involves working rotating shifts of 12 hours.
Candidates must come with a minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry.
Permanent experience in the specialty is required prior to acceptance for travel assignments.
A valid state license or a compact license must be in hand before submission.
All applicants must possess active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Candidates will be required to work at least every other holiday.
During orientation, successfully completing ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessments is mandatory.
An acceptable score on both assessments is required for continued employment.
Nurses must not have any open cases or license infractions to be eligible for consideration.
Candidates should be prepared for potential changes in shifts to meet the operational needs of the facility.
