We are seeking an experienced Traveling Director of Nursing (RN DON) to support our skilled nursing facilities across the state of Ohio. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a seasoned nursing professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable traveling to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

• Provide on-site clinical leadership and oversight at skilled nursing facilities throughout Ohio
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support, mentor, and guide facility DONs and nursing teams
• Assist with surveys, audits, corrective action plans, and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain high standards of resident care
• Step in as interim DON support when needed

This position reports directly to the Regional Director of Nursing and the Director of Clinical Services
.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Ohio or compact)
• Previous Director of Nursing (DON) experience required
• Skilled nursing / long-term care experience
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the state of Ohio
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes
