Pay:
- We pay you for EACH hour you work & you make your schedule flexible!
- Average pay range $49,920-$62,400 an hour PLUS a monthly bonus & PLUS mileage! (Pay depends on experience, education and active license)

Requirements:
- A resident in the state of Ohio
- Have an active mental health license in the state of Ohio or pending, is ok if active within 60 days
- Have a bachelor's degree or master's degree in social work or related field
- Have any of the following active (or pending active licenses within 30 days): LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LMFT, LMFT-S, LCMFT
- Can work Part-time (20 hours minimum) or Full-time (40 hours minimum)

Essential Functions:
- Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of Ohio Guidestone every day, performing with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.
- Provide individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy to assigned caseload, which may require specialty therapeutic services (e.g. SUD, Maternal Depression, etc.).
- Provide emergency response early childhood mental health services to children birth through age 6 and families referred through the Cuyahoga County Central Coordinator within 24 hours of referral.
- Complete documented evidence-based Treatment Plan after the first encounter with client and documented review of Plan and progress toward therapy goal(s)/objective(s) in each progress note thereafter
- Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship with client, family, caregivers, and community providers to provide support and coordination as appropriate.
- Provide trauma informed developmentally appropriate and relationship-based interventions utilizing play, art, music, and other expressive therapeutic approaches to support the social-emotional development and stabilization of young children and families.
- Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner to support clients in a framework and manner that acknowledges their unique and intersecting personal and cultural identities.
