Join a collaborative rehabilitation team in a long-term care and short-term rehab setting, where you’ll help residents improve independence with daily activities and functional tasks. You’ll work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist while partnering with PT, SLP, and nursing staff to deliver patient-centered care to a geriatric population.

This opportunity is ideal for a COTA seeking flexible PRN or part-time scheduling, a supportive team environment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in patients’ daily lives.

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility to support residents in long-term care and short-term rehab.
• Work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist while partnering with physical therapy (PT), speech-language pathology (SLP), and nursing staff to deliver patient-centered care to a geriatric population.
• Help residents improve independence with daily activities and functional tasks.
• Provide care that supports residents’ goals and quality of life within a team-oriented environment.

• A valid, unrestricted license in the therapy discipline in the state of employment.
• Meet educational requirements of licensure.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
