Psych Plus is hiring a Full-Time PHP Therapist to join our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Willoughby, Ohio.
This role is an important part of the team in our Partial Hospitalization Program- treating adolescents struggling with mental health challenges
. This role includes group work, individual therapy,
biopsychosocial assessment, and family work. We're looking for someone passionate about mental health, ready to make a positive impact on the lives of teens!
- Lead group therapy sessions for adolescent clients in the PHP program
- Working with adolescents ages 11–17 experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
- Complete clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Participate in and facilitate group work, individual therapy, biopsychosocial assessment, and family work.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other multidisciplinary team members
- Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to coordinated patient care
- Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for adolescent clients
- Active Ohio license required: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
- Experience working with adolescents required
- Experience in PHP, IOP, inpatient, residential, or other structured behavioral health settings preferred
- Experience working with children/adolescents ages 11–17
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable providing both group and individual therapy
