We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality in-home care to clients throughout Cleveland’s West Side
. If you are passionate about helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence at home, we would love to hear from you.

• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience required
• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing respectful, high-quality care

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and other tasks related to client care
• Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Follow established plans of care and communicate changes or concerns appropriately

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of prior professional experience
• Driver’s license required
