Available Shifts We offer a variety of schedules to fit your lifestyle:

Locations:
North Ridgeville, Olmsted Falls, and Chargin Falls
12-Hour Shifts7:00 AM – 7:00 PM7:00 PM – 7:00 AM8:00 AM – 8:00 PM8:00 PM – 8:00 AM9A-9PAdditional Shifts4 to 11-hour shifts available

Job Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene

Provide mobility and transfer assistance

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Provide medication reminders

Perform light housekeeping and laundry

Accompany clients to appointments and errands

Observe and report changes in client condition

Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

What We Need From You High school diploma or GEDAt least one year of caregiving, home care, assisted living, or direct care experience preferred

Completion of a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide program preferred

Current CPR certification

Negative TB test or chest X-ray Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with client mobility

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID-19, Influenza, and Hepatitis BReady to Work Our caregivers are dependable, responsive, and prepared to serve clients when needed. Successful candidates maintain:
