We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Leads Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of patient leads, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from lead generation to conversion. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to help drive business growth and maintain strong relationships with our patients.

• - Assist in the management and organization of patient leads, including tracking, follow-up, and reporting
• - Communicate with potential patients to gather necessary information and schedule appointments
• - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
• - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and interactions
• - Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
• - Assist in preparing and analyzing reports on lead conversion rates and identifying areas for improvement
• - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform lead generation strategies
• - Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed

• - High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• - 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
