New Grad RN Resident - Pediatric Children's Rehab

Join Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation as a New Grad RN Resident, where you will provide patient-first healthcare in a family-centered pediatric inpatient rehabilitation program. • Pay: $36 - $56/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation
• Schedule: Full-time, Night shift

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN, BSN program) required.

• New grad or less than one year RN work experience required.
• If experienced, must have less than one year current acute direct patient care RN experience.

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred within the first year of employment.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within one year of hire.
