Laundry Aide

We at Eastbrook Healthcare Center are seeking a dedicated and reliable Laundry Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment by ensuring that laundry services are provided efficiently and effectively.

• Laundry Operations:
  Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry items, including linens, uniforms, and personal items, according to established procedures and safety standards.
• Inventory Management:
  Assist in tracking and managing inventory of laundry supplies; report low supplies and assist with placing orders as needed.
• Sanitation Standards:
  Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring that all items are properly sanitized and handled in compliance with health regulations.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate records of laundry activity, including counts of items washed and any special handling instructions.

  Work effectively with other team members to ensure timely completion of laundry services; communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly.
• Customer Service:
  Provide excellent service to internal and external clients, responding to any laundry-related inquiries professionally and courteously.
