On Call Caregiver

As an On Call Caregiver (30 Hours Guaranteed), you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' independence and well-being. As an On Call Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing flexible, on-call care to our clients in need. Your duties will include:

• Providing companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation to help our clients maintain their independence
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting our clients with their daily routines and activities
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families

• Provide on-call care to clients as needed, with a guaranteed 30 hours of work per week
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client needs
• Adapt to changing client needs and circumstances
• Collaborate with other caregivers and the care team to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress
