Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15.00 per hour plus.

Employees may enroll in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan. Eligibility requirements depend on job classification, length of employment, and number of hours worked. SummaryThe Traffic Coordinator is responsible for efficiently directing vehicular traffic in designated areas as directed while providing exceptional hospitality services. The Traffic Coordinator is also responsible, as directed, for properly issuing valet parking tickets to patients/guests while following the mystery shop standards with each arrival. The Traffic Coordinator, when required, upholds sites management teams parking policy and procedures and, when required, is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.
EssentialFunctions
- Direct vehicular traffic while providing attentive, friendly service to all patients/guests. Assist marketing department with marketing efforts targeted to exciting clients. Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, location staff and co-workers. Acknowledge and greet guests immediately while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
-25% - Use guest last name at all times when appropriate. Maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure. Appropriately use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location. Use proper Towne Park phone etiquette.
-25% - Assist guests with directions and all other inquiries. Stand while serving guests. Provide information about surrounding area as well as main attractions to guests as needed. Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Collect data in accordance with parking operations, if applicable.
-25% - Obtain information about daily events and rates to be charged. Maintain claim checks and guest folio archives. Run at top speed to park and retrieve vehicles and drive slowly and cautiously. Other duties as assigned.

Education:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Work Experience:
- One to three months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience if no HS Diploma or GED
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures
Skills:
- Must be able to read and write standard English language
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance
