This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cleveland, OH, for an Outlets Manager. The Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage outlets, ensuring premium guest experiences and maintaining high customer service standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing staff, training team members, handling inventory, creating and maintaining schedules, monitoring budgets, and implementing policies to optimize operations. The role involves aligning outlet operations with the hotel’s overall goals and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Strong proficiency in Customer Service and a proven ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in People Management and effective Communication skills for leading a team
• Knowledge and experience in Inventory Management for efficient operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards
