The opportunity
Delaware North Sport service is hiring a Premium Club Manager to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will lead game day operations for one of the premium club spaces, ensuring a seamless, elevated experience for guests in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 – $62,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

What will you do?
- Hire and train food and beverage team members for the department
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the suite food and beverage team members and operations on event days; provide ongoing job performance feedback to team members
- Partner with front and back-of-house management to ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and team members
- Handle guest relations and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained
- Follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
- Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Strong managerial and team-building skills are essential
- Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required
- Financial management, accountability, and budgeting experience required
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No degree required
