Balance and audit hotel income and expenses for 24-hour operating period;
Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and telephone revenue; assist in preparation of daily revenue reports;
Communicate with other hotel departments to resolve accounting discrepancies;
Perform Guest Service Representative functions as needed including reservations and answering phone calls;
Act as hotel system liaison during night hours and open tickets for system issues
