Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Guest Services Agent to join our Guest Services team in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will create memorable first impressions, assist guests with their luggage, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, escorting guests to their rooms, and maintaining a clean entrance. Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience and an engaging personality.
Compensation is $16.00–$17.00 per hour based on experience and skills.
