Front Desk - Guest Services Agent

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent. The ideal candidate will use an engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for guests as they arrive and throughout their stay.

• Provide a warm welcome to guests, assist with luggage, and offer guidance to rooms.
• Offer knowledge about hotel amenities, local area, and services.
• Open doors for guests arriving by vehicle and guide them to the front desk for check‑in.
• Escort guests and their luggage to their rooms, explaining amenities and fun facts.
• Collaborate with other attendants to ensure personalized experiences.
• Assist lobby attendant in maintaining a clean and organized entrance area.

• At least one year in a customer‑service role with high guest interaction.
• A valid driver’s license with no major infractions for the past six months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise and work in a team environment.
• Positive and helpful personality, outgoing and engaging.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

$16.00 – $17.00 per hour. Actual compensation depends on experience and location.
