The Catering Service Worker Lead is responsible for supervision and support in planning catering events of varying sizes and levels in both central and satellite locations. Ensures that all catering brand standards and initiatives are consistently achieved.
CompensationHourly rate: $17.00 to $20.00.

Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a safety culture that fosters a safe work environment; directly supervise catering operations including coordination of staff, equipment, setup, preparation, service, and breakdown of catered foods, beverages, and events of varying size and complexity.
- Book events, select and cost menu items, and determine pricing as needed.
- Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate activities with other internal departments, participate in management team meetings, and interface with vendors and key service users within the client organization.
- Represent Aramark and the client at all meetings and events; facilitate external customer relations.
- Ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards are met using checklists, hands‑on supervision, and follow‑up.
- Participate in all catering training programs and help develop and implement training programs for hourly, part‑time, and student employees.
- Aid in implementation and adherence to all Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
- Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting required.
- Prior experience with event booking preferred.
This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. It may also require uniforms and/or the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
