Front Desk - Night Audit Guest Service Agent

About the Role

Night Audit Guest Services Agent at Hotel Indigo Cleveland Gateway. Responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring a personalized experience during check‑in and orientation.

• Greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and opening doors.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort them to the front desk for check‑in.
• Explain hotel amenities, local facts, and help guests locate their rooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area in collaboration with the lobby attendant.
• Support the bell person/guest services attendant throughout the shift.

• At least one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for the past six months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• Pleasant and helpful personality with strong verbal communication.
• Capacity to work full shifts, standing and moving between areas of the hotel.
• Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

$16.00–$18.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, certifications, and location.
