Serve as the friendly front desk representative, welcoming guests and ensuring exceptional experiences.

• Check guests in and out, maintain records, handle cash, and process payments.
• Promote company programs and provide information to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve problems promptly.
• Assist with breakfast and the 5:30 p.m. kickback service, including food preparation, set‑up, guest service, and clean‑up.
• Maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality, promoting the Drury culture.
• Provide courteous, friendly service with a "+1 Service" attitude.

• Friendly, highly organized communicator with strong multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with handling money, making change, and using office machines.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Willingness and ability to work independently on a schedule.

Pay range: $17.15 – $25.16 per hour. Starting wage may be above the minimum rate, based on relevant experience, skills, and education.
