About the Property

The Hotel Indigo Cleveland Gateway boasts 143 guest rooms and suites, over 2,400 square feet of meeting space, and two outlets including a signature restaurant.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Supervisor. The ideal candidate will set the example for the team by creating a memorable first impression for guests and ensuring exceptional service throughout their stay.

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Welcome each guest to the hotel, open the door for arrivals by motor vehicle, and escort guests and their luggage to their room.
• Explain hotel amenities, fun facts, and local area information during orientation.
• Train and mentor bell attendants to deliver outstanding service.
• Assist the management team in coordinating special events impacting guest arrivals and departures.
• Work with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience, maintaining a clean and organized entrance area.
• Demonstrate proactive leadership and go beyond the norm to create a difference for guests and employees.

• Previous experience as a hotel Bell Attendant or Supervisor is a plus.
• Hospitality industry experience required.
• Ability to remain calm, provide direction, and solve problems when they arise.
• Must work in a team environment.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving throughout the hotel.

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
