Clean and sanitize plateware, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, utensils and equipment, and work area in a timely manner;
Set up work station and operate dishwashing machine according to specifications;
Rinse and scrape all dishes and place clean dishes in storage;
Promote teamwork and coordinate with Catering, Banquets, Outlets, and Maintenance;
Sweep and mop kitchen floor and maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas
